Automation Points - Opzer
Introducing Automation Points

Know what you're paying for.

Most agencies bill for hours. We price by effort — in points. When the work's done, you see exactly where it went and what your investment covered.

The Idea

What's an Automation Point?

Every build has a points value based on its complexity. Bigger builds, more points.

Think of it like…

Credits at an arcade. A heavy build costs more than a quick tweak. Each thing we ship has a set price in points.

The Cost

How much is a point?

$100 per point
Every monthly engagement includes a pool of points each month. Full pricing at opzer.co/pricing.

Why It Helps You

Three reasons this matters.

01

See where your budget went

Look back anytime and see how your budget was invested.

02

Clarity for every stakeholder

Partners and managers see what's being built and what it took. No more guessing.

03

Better prioritization

Spot the patterns. Double down on what works, cut what doesn't.

The Sizes

Nine sizes. One grid.

S, M, L for size. 01, 02, 03 for tier. Every build lands in one of nine boxes.

Common Questions

Frequently asked.

The System

As an existing client, does this change how we work together?

No. If you're an existing client, the sprint calls, your account manager, the workflow — all will remain same. Points just add visibility to our engagement.

Can I see how many points I've used?

Yes. Your account manager can share a running ledger anytime — what's used, what's left, what it went to.

Usage & Allocation

How many points do I need?

Depends on the work. Small tweaks need a few; multi-system builds need more. We'll recommend a starting allocation — you can adjust anytime.

Can I add extra points?

Yes. Request them anytime.

Do points roll over?

There's some flexibility — borrow forward, save up a little. But points work best when used consistently. We'll do our best to deliver efficiency gains consistently with the budget you have allocated.

What if I don't have enough for the build I want?

We'll flag it upfront. Borrow forward, add points, or break the work into smaller stages.

Scope & Revisions

What if complexity increases mid-build?

We'll either add a new task or bump the estimate — and tell you exactly why. Remember development is an iterative process -- and iterations are expected as we both learn more about the desied solutions..
