Know exactly what you're paying for.
Transparent pricing, start to finish: quantify your efficiency opportunities with an audit, implement them, and graduate to maintenance only if you want, since we build so you can maintain it.
Proof It Works
The results speak first.
"Opzer rebuilt our month-end close. What once ate 90 hours a month now takes 8, enough to close 45 clients' books in the time a handful used to take."
"Four months in, the software and workflow changes we found are on track to save the firm about $30,000 a year."

AI Efficiency Audit
Most audits are $5,000. Larger or multi-location firms may need a broader scope, confirmed after your free consultation.
- An efficiency baseline?A measure of where your team's time goes today, so the gains we deliver later are provable.
- Two workflow optimization deep dives? We map two of your highest-friction workflows end to end to find where they break down.
- Actionable ranked opportunities?A prioritized list of what to fix, ordered by impact and effort.
- A build / buy / DIY assessment for each item? For each opportunity: whether to build it, buy a tool, or do it yourself in Claude.
- A prioritized 3 to 6 month roadmap, with an estimated number of points per build?Everything sequenced into a timeline you can actually execute, each item with an estimated point range so you can plan your budget.
Required before any monthly plan. No monthly commitment to start.
The Idea
What's an Automation Point?
Points are your monthly implementation budget, so you can see what fits this month, what doesn't, and exactly where your budget is going.
The Plans
Choose your monthly plan.
Each plan is a monthly pool of points. Pick the one that fits how fast you want to move.

Common Questions
Frequently asked.
What is one point?
+A point is $100 of effort. Bigger, more complex builds cost more points, so you always know what fits your monthly capacity. Over time they stack into streamlined, end-to-end workflows.
As an existing client, does this change how we work together?
+No. The sprint calls, your account manager, and the workflow all stay the same. Points just add visibility.
Can I see how many points I've used?
+Yes. Your account manager can share a running ledger anytime: what's used, what's left, and where it went.
What's the difference between the plans?
+Fundamentally, speed. The faster you want to implement, the more it makes sense to buy, and the more strategic guidance you want from us.
Can we skip the audit if we already know what we want built?
+Usually no. The audit protects both sides: it confirms the real workflow, checks ROI, surfaces dependencies, and gives us a written baseline before implementation starts. For very narrow projects, we may recommend a smaller, focused sprint instead.
How many points do I need?
+Depends on the work. Small tweaks need a few; multi-system builds need more. We'll recommend a starting allocation you can adjust anytime.
Can I add extra points, and do they roll over?
+Points are managed quarterly, so you have flexibility across a 3-month period. If one month is lighter and the next is heavier, we can smooth the work across the quarter. If your usage consistently exceeds or falls below your plan, we'll recommend adjusting your monthly allocation.
What if I don't have enough for the build I want?
+We'll flag it upfront. Borrow forward, add points, or split the work into stages.
Is the price fixed, or can it change mid-build?
+We're transparent with our pricing. If the scope changes mid-build, we'll communicate openly and walk you through the extra complexity we uncovered that none of us could have seen upfront, then get your approval before spending more points. It's rare.
Can we cancel our service at any time?
+Our monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, though most clients stay 6–12 months. For short-term needs, ask about our off-menu sprint options.
What types of processes can you automate?
+We specialize in bookkeeping, tax prep, client onboarding, document management, and financial reporting for accounting firms. Every deliverable is customized to your workflows.
Do we need to change our existing software?
+Not necessarily. We work with your existing stack and only recommend changes when the ROI is clear, integrating with most popular accounting platforms.
How do you handle our data?
+We work inside your accounts: automations run as a permission-scoped user in your systems, like adding a team member.
No data storage on our side: everything runs in your environment; nothing is retained on our servers.
Full ownership: you keep the data and finished assets; we don't host them after delivery.
Enterprise-grade stack: our platforms are vetted by large enterprises (SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliant).
What ROI can we expect from automation?
+Across measured client projects, we've seen roughly 5.7 hours a year returned per point (that's per $100) on average. So a $10,000 engagement lands around 570 hours back annually if you hit the average. Could be more, could be less.
When we analyze a workflow end to end, we typically find 30 to 50% of the time currently spent on it can be reduced or eliminated. Our audit pins down the specific opportunity for your firm.
What happens after we finish our engagement?
+We build solutions to be easily maintainable, so you don't need us. If your workflows are mission-critical, our Maintenance plan ($200–$1,200/mo) covers monitoring, break-fix, and quarterly health checks.
Who is the Maintenance plan for?
+Maintenance is only for firms that have completed an implementation with us. It's a post-launch safety net, not an entry-level plan. For new builds, you'd stay on or return to a monthly plan.
